[Warhammer: Vermintide 2] Scrivener Challenge Guide ~ The Leet Guides

In order to compete Scrivener Challenge, you need to complete 3 different secret tasks on 3 new levels.
In new DLC called "Back to Ubersreik" there's a new challenge called SCRIVENER. Basically you need to transcribe all 3 runes scattered on 3 new levels. This is step-by-step guide on how to obtain these runes.

Horn of Magnus

There are 10 hidden switches, but you need only to activate 5 of them. Here are their locations:

In the beginning of the level, go through dock and turn right

Face a wall and turn left again

You'll find first switch behind boxes

Moving on to the hog pit, that you will accses after jumping fom the guard tower. Go through the hog pit.

Go upstairs through a little bridge

On the left from the gate way you'll find another cluster of boxes.

The 2nd switch is behind the boxes.

Moving on, those who played Vermintide 1 remember the location of the first grim.

It's in the cellar that is hidden behind bushes on your right

The switch will be on your left in the corner behind a wooden plank

Now, when you've blown up gate to the town square, turn left

Jump here to accses 3rd tome and 4th hidden switch

Now go upstairs into the inn

You will walk past a closed gate where rune is located

The 5th hidden switch is on the bar counter, now backtrack to the closed gate

Nice, you've done 1/3 of the challenge

Gardens of Morr

Now it's a little bit easier. You need to go through the beginning until you will be in the opened graveyard. There you will find a skull. Turn it.

Now you need to light 4 candles. Do it qucikly, because candles can extinguish over time (about 30 seconds), but you an always re-ignite them. Here is the path, follow the arrows.

Once all 4 candles are lit, go back to the skull. A tomb will be opened. And here you'll find gargoyle's head

Take that head through the entire level and just before climbing the stairs before the final event, turn right and jump on the platform below.

Here you will find headless gargoyle, throw it's head into the statue. And then jump down and go collect your 2nd rune.

Engines of War

On final level you need to carry a torch (the best weapon in the game no doubt) to a fireplace and then press 3 buttons on statues near the end of the level.

First, go through the level until you will enter the cave. Dont worry you wont miss it.

Enter the cave and stick to the left side. You should find a secret passage to a small area with a chest

Look at your left and you'll see a big rock. Climb on it and jump as shown on the pictures below

Before going through a tree (basically the beginning of the event) turn right and jump on a tree stump, then a wodden construction and then to the higher ground

Here you will find a room with a fireplace and 3 statues. Throw a torch into the fireplace and take a photo of the statues, you need to remember them.

Destroy the engines of war and continiue walking down the level until you will find yourself in the ruins. Here you need to find that big tree, get near it and climb on it's brach and jump to the platform
